About Martinovich Health

Healthcare Support Built on Compassion, Trust and Professional Care

Martinovich Health was created to support individuals, families and workplaces across Western Australia with professional, respectful and compassionate healthcare services.

We believe every person deserves to feel heard, supported and cared for with dignity.

Care That Starts With Listening

Martinovich Health was created to provide healthcare support that feels personal, approachable and professional.

We understand that people often need more than clinical advice. They need someone who listens, explains things clearly and supports them with care, respect and understanding.

Whether supporting a family, an individual at home, or a workplace team, our approach is always centred around people. We take the time to understand each situation, provide practical guidance and deliver care with professionalism, confidentiality and compassion.

At Martinovich Health, every person deserves to feel heard, supported and cared for with dignity.

Meet the Founder

Founded by Leah Martinovich, Registered Nurse

Martinovich Health was founded by Leah Martinovich, a Registered Nurse with extensive experience supporting people across healthcare, workplace and family settings throughout Western Australia.

After more than 12 years visiting workplaces across a wide range of industries, Leah saw how important practical health support and early wellbeing conversations can be. Many people simply needed someone to listen, provide trusted guidance and help them understand where to find the right support.

Leah’s work has always been shaped by both professional experience and genuine human connection. As a mother of three boys, and through her own experiences navigating pregnancy complications, she understands that health challenges can have a significant impact on individuals and families.

Leah has experienced the healthcare system from many different perspectives — as a healthcare professional, a patient, a parent supporting an unwell child, and a family member supporting loved ones through their own health journeys. These experiences have reinforced her belief that healthcare is about more than procedures, appointments and information. It is also about kindness, reassurance, trust and helping people feel supported during vulnerable moments.

Martinovich Health was built on this belief — that professional healthcare should be delivered with compassion, respect and genuine care, supporting healthier workplaces, stronger families and better health outcomes for the community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to deliver trusted, compassionate and professional healthcare services that support healthier workplaces, stronger families and the wellbeing of Western Australians.

We aim to make healthcare feel more accessible, supportive and human by providing care that is practical, confidential and tailored to individual needs.

How We Care

Professional Care With a Human Approach

At Martinovich Health, we believe good care begins with understanding.

We take the time to listen to your needs, concerns and goals before providing support. This allows us to offer care that is practical, respectful and suited to each person, family or workplace.

Our approach is guided by professional standards, informed consent, accurate documentation and confidentiality. We communicate clearly, work respectfully and provide support in a way that helps people feel comfortable, informed and valued.

When additional support is needed, we can also help guide clients towards trusted healthcare providers, community services and support networks.
